They had a service repairman out, as scheduled, and had my home cooling down within about 30 minutes of his arrival. This time included all paperwork, etc. Justin was very professional, and polite and knew what he was doing. He replaced necessary parts and had me back in business in no time. What a pleasure it was to have such a nice young man come out. You should try to clone this employee, he was super.
