Did You Know?

According to www.SustainableSources.com and United Technologies, an HVAC system not maintained on a regular basis will lose approximately 25% or more of its original efficiency for each year of operation. The 16 SEER you purchased just three years ago may only be operating at a 13 SEER today. Lack of maintenance will not only shorten the life expectancy of your equipment, but cost you money on a monthly basis.

The study concluded that proper air conditioning maintenance can:

  • Increase Comfort
  • Lower Operating Costs
  • Increase Operating Capacity
